Our Staff

We have Care Staff whom have been selected through a rigorous recruitment procedure and have varying levels of skill, knowledge and training, enabling us to provide individual care to people with a wide range of requirements.

Many of our care staff have already completed various levels of the NVQ Framework, ranging from Level 2 through to Level 4. All care staff are provided with regular training to ensure their safe practice and that they are trained in line with legal requirements.

All care staff are required to complete a criminal record check through the Disclosure and Barring Service for their suitability to work with vulnerable Adults and Children.

Nicola Botham has 28 years experience within the Health Care sector delivering care, and 13 years experience managing a care service that provided care workers to nursing and residential homes as well as domiciliary care.
