Aims and Objectives
Our aims and objectives are to provide high standards of care and support to our service users enabling them to live their lives as independently as possible with the assistance and care they require in order to achieve personal targets. The care staff we supply to our service users, are carefully selected for their knowledge, skills and training together with their general attitude towards caring and supporting others.
Our services
We aim to provide a ‘tailor made’ care package that suits the requirements of each individual service user. Our services range from assisting service users with meal preparation right through to 24 hour care. We also assist service users with daily activities such as going out shopping or escort duties which may involve support during medical appointments. Our services include:
- Older People (over 65)
- Older people with dementia (over 65)
- Adults with learning difficulties
- Children with learning difficulties
- Children with physical difficulties
Hours of operation
Livingwell Care Limited offers a 24 hour care service, however the office can be contacted Monday – Friday between 09.00 – 17.00. Out of office hours there will be an on call service which can be contacted by using the usual office telephone number – 0121 444 6047. Calls will be diverted to a member of staff from the office.
